You can serve this salmon over a bed of asparagus and drizzle with sauce.  Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzels, crushed

  • 1 cup seasoned flour (1 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. black pepper)

  • 2 eggs mixed with 1/2 cup milk

  • 4 – 6 oz. Salmon Fillets

 

Sauce Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Dip fillets in flour, then egg, then pretzel pieces.

  3. Place on a greased cookie sheet

  4. Bake 10 – 12 minutes

  5. Melt the butter over low heat.

  6. Add sliced green onion and cook for 1 minute.

  7. Add cream cheese and stir till melted

  8. Whisk in milk and Original Kream Mustard

  9. Drizzle sauce over prepared salmon fillets
