We were so excited to try out this customer's recipe! It's such a refreshing take on deviled eggs that we hope you'll make it. This recipe is an improved but tried-and-true recipe, using Brownwood Famous Original Kream Mustard. If you haven't tasted our mustard yet, we would love for you to try it! It speaks for itself.
12 large eggs, boiled and halved longways.
8 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled or diced. Save a couple of tablespoons for garnish. (optional)
4 tablespoons of chopped chives. Reserve some longer pieces for garnish.
2 teaspoons of fresh dill, chopped. Plus more for garnish.
Salt and pepper to taste.
2 heaping tablespoon of mayonnaise.
4 heaping tablespoons of Brownwood Acres Original Kream Mustard.
Carefully empty cooked yolks into a medium sized bowl. Mash yolks with a fork until crumbled. Leave aside cooked egg whites to fill.
Add all other ingredients (bacon, chives, and dill except for garnishes) and fold the mixture until blended.
Fold in salt and pepper to taste.
Using a gallon sized food storage bag, pipe the egg mixture into each egg white.
Have fun garnishing with your bacon, chives, and dill, and enjoy!
