I have taken the Fruitfast Tart Cherry Juice for years. It has done a wonderful job in keeping me healthy and gout free. I ask for a product that I could take with me on vacation that did not have to be refrigerated and the gel caps were recommended. I tried them out for a month to be sure that they worked as well as the cherry juice and they did work. And they did, so I will be taking them with me on my 18 day vacation. I will continue to use the liquid cherry juice for my at home use because I get other benefits from drinking a large bottle of water with the juice, but I am so happy to have the gel caps for travel purposes. I have been taking the cherry gels about 8 years, maybe more! I used to take 2 a day when more active but now I take just the one for maintenance and never am sick. I am 74 yrs and my body feels wonderful and if I do alittle more physical work in the day and am sore, I then do 2 gels, this always does the trick. I take one of these twice daily to aid sleep and joint pain relief. I have also taken their tart cherry gummies but just don’t like gummies in general. Not only is my age a risk factor for joint pain but I’m on a med that contributes to it. So to me these capsules are a necessary weapon in my arsenal. Like an insurance policy you have in place ahead of time. I may decide to go back and to taking two at bedtime instead of one twice a day. I like to experiment!

I’ve taken Cherry Flex off and on for years and just recently started again. I sleep better, it’s good for not only my heart, but also my immune system. I highly recommend it.

I've had back pain for most of my life, until I discovered Cherry Flex, and I've been pain free ever since which is about 8 years, with the exception that I recently had a couple of surgeries, so I couldn't take Cherry Flex for 2 weeks before each surgery. the back pain came back, but I got back on the Cherry Flex as soon as I could and I'm pain free once again. I have been taking these Cherry Tablets for 20 years, when I was first diagnosed with arthritis in my hip. (I also take Osteo-Biflex.) Neither work without the other, but I was without pain in my hip for 19 years. This past year I had hip replacement surgery.
