Flavor & Ways to Use It
Very tart cranberry flavor with bright acidity, light natural astringency, and concentrated red-fruit character. Use it in water or sparkling water, mocktails, sauces and glazes, smoothies, and fruit blends. Because the concentrate contains no added sweetener, you control the finished strength and sweetness in your recipe.
Serving & Mixing
A labeled serving is 1 Tbsp (0.5 fl oz / 15 mL). For an 8 oz drink, start with 1–2 Tbsp concentrate and add cold water to taste. A common stronger mix is 1 oz concentrate with about 7 oz water. A 32 oz bottle contains about 64 labeled 1-Tbsp servings before any dilution.
Understanding Brix
This concentrate is produced to approximately 50 °Brix. Degrees Brix (°Bx) is an industry measurement of soluble solids used to describe juice-concentrate strength. Brix is not a direct measurement of vitamins, anthocyanins, antioxidant activity, or a health outcome.
Cranberry Chemistry & Research Context
Cranberries naturally contain polyphenols, including anthocyanins and cranberry proanthocyanidins (PACs). Cranberry studies may use beverages, concentrates, powders, extracts, or standardized supplement ingredients with different compositions and PAC profiles. Those preparations should not be treated as interchangeable, and the research should not be read as a product efficacy claim for this concentrate.

Storage & Handling
FruitFast keeps the concentrate refrigerated before shipment. It can travel under normal shipping conditions without ice packs; refrigerate or freeze it when it arrives. Shake before measuring because natural settling can occur. High-solids concentrates may remain soft or scoopable rather than freezing completely solid in a household freezer. For best quality after opening, keep cold and use within about 6 months.
