Our Packaging
Packaging is part of how FruitFast protects product quality from filling through storage and shipment.
For juice concentrates, we use BPA-free PET #1 bottles, nitrogen flushing and cold storage before shipment.
Juice Concentrate Bottles
- PET #1: lightweight and shatter-resistant for shipping and everyday handling.
- BPA-free: our concentrate bottles are made without BPA.
- Nitrogen flushed: nitrogen helps reduce oxygen in the bottle headspace before sealing.
- Freezer friendly: high-Brix concentrates can be stored frozen, although they may remain soft rather than freezing solid.
Why Nitrogen Flush?
Reducing oxygen exposure in the bottle headspace helps protect flavor, aroma and color during storage. It is one part of our broader handling process alongside flash pasteurization and cold storage.
Cold Storage & Shipping
FruitFast concentrates are kept cold before shipment and are stable for normal transit without cold packs. Refrigerate or freeze after arrival. See our Storage Guide for details.
Recycling
PET #1 is widely accepted by recycling programs, but local rules vary. Check your local recycling guidance before placing bottles in curbside recycling.
