A quick and easy marinade for a delicious London Broil utilizing Brown Sugar, Garlic and our Original Kream Mustard
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T brown sugar (or more to taste)
1 T (heaping) Brownwood Acres Original Kream Mustard
1/4 canola oil
juice of one (or more) lemons
finely chopped onion and garlic
Mix all ingredients and pour over meat which has been placed in a shallow pan. Cover with plastic wrap, place in refrigerator for several hours. Turn meat several times while marinating.
