A combination of turkey breast chunks, onion, green and red pepper and pineapple cubes is a tasty treat and makes a colorful kabob.



  1. 1/2 C soy sauce

  2. 1 garlic clove, minced

  3. pinch  of dry ginger (optional)

  4. 2 T vinegar

  5. 1 T canola oil

  6. 2 T light Karo syrup

  7. 1 T dried basil (can use sage)

  8. 2 or 3 teaspoons Brownwood Acres Original Kream Mustard or BBQ Mustard




  1. Blend all ingredients, adding several tablespoons of water; if using pineapple on the kabobs, use some of the pineapple juice instead of water.   

  2. Marinate the turkey for about an hour before preparing the skewers.  Starting and ending with a piece of turkey helps keep the veggies and pineapple from slipping off the kabob.
