What you need
2 LB - Chicken Breast
1 - Stick of Cream Cheese
Franks Red Hot Sauce
(Recommended)
Instant Pot/Pressure Cooker
Crockpot
Directions
Cook Chicken in Crock-Pot/Instant Pot/Pressure Cooker.
Drain the juice and shred the chicken using two forks.
Blend 1 Cup of Mustard with 1 Cup of Franks to make Buffalo Mustard (Ratio adjustable to taste)
Add Cream Cheese to Buffalo Mustard and mix thoroughly.
Add chicken to Creamy Buffalo Mustard Sauce. Serve cold or in a warm crockpot.
(Optional) This recipe is also great served as a sandwich on Hawaiian rolls with your favorite cheese!
