High Brix Juice Concentrates for Winemaking
Fruit juice concentrate gives winemakers a compact way to add fruit solids, fermentable sugars, acidity, color and flavor without handling the same volume of fresh fruit or ready-to-drink juice.
FruitFast offers a broad concentrate lineup for small-batch experimentation and selected larger formats for commercial production.
The Short Answer
Brix is a useful starting measurement, not a complete winemaking formula. Fermentation performance also depends on acidity, yeast, nutrients, temperature, starting gravity and the other ingredients in the must.
Why Use Concentrate?
- Compact to ship and store.
- Easy to dose into small test batches.
- Flexible for blending multiple fruits.
- Useful for increasing fruit intensity without adding the same volume of water.
Plan Your Batch
Use the product's current Brix and your own hydrometer/refractometer measurements to formulate the must. Do not assume a universal ABV conversion from label Brix alone; actual fermentation depends on the complete recipe and final gravity.

Retail Testing & Bulk Supply
Start with retail concentrate sizes to evaluate a fruit, then ask about 5-gallon pails or larger commercial formats if the flavor fits your production.
