About Our PasteOur Journey Began in 1945
As a small roadside market, we sold honey and produce from our family farm. Over time, we expanded to produce jarred goods using the region's abundant fruit, primarily cherries.
As the world became aware of cherries' health benefits, we began consuming the juice we had been using as a food ingredient—and loved the results.
This inspired us to launch our own line of Fruit Juice Concentrates, quickly gaining popularity and earning a spot on Inc. Magazine's list of the 500 fastest-growing privately held companies in the U.S. for two consecutive years.
Today, FruitFast Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate is widely recognized as the premium tart cherry concentrate brand in the United States.
What Sets Us Apart
We are committed to preserving the healthful benefits of whole fruits. In 2007, we partnered with CherryFlex, Inc., using a chemical-free process with low heat and no preservatives to capture the entire fruit's goodness—pulp, skin, and all—with minimal sugar or calories.
