Q: How many softgels equal 1 oz of your cherry juice concentrate?

Asked by: Mike - 2/10/2022
A: For the same benefits of helping to maintain healthy joint function & sleep function, 2 softgels daily. The CherryFlex does contain the whole fruit (skin, pulp), so the antioxidants would be higher in a serving of the gelcaps.

Q: Found two sealed bottles of these cherry flex in a refrigerator about ten years old. Are they still good?

Asked by: Lori - 9/19/2021
A: Since we do utilize the whole ground-up fruit in the softgels, we would not recommend consuming them that far past the best-by date.
