Q: What is the expiration date on the pomegranite juice. I'd like to buy 2

Asked by: Wendy - 5/12/2022
A: The concentrate we are sending out right now is dated April of next year. You will find that the majority of our concentrates are dated 8-12 months out from the time of purchase (and you can always extend that date by storing them in the freezer!).

Q: I have 2 small bottles of pomegranate that have settled and crystallized (like honey does) and I wondered if there was any suggested method to fix the concentrate crystals so the concentrate would dissolve again and flow through the pump. Thanks.

Asked by: Audrey A - 9/3/2021
A: Hi Audrey - Yes we do!

As you stated, occasionally some crystallization can occur in the bottom of Pomegranate Juice Concentrate similar to honey. We recommend a fix similar to honey as well.

Run your bottle or soak it in a hot (Not too warm) bath and much of the crystallization should go away!

Hope this helps :)
