**Please note that our Pomegranate Juice Concentrate is all natural and minimally processed to preserve its integrity. Color varies depending on the time of the year and the temperature at which you store your concentrate. When shipped during the winter months, and when refrigerated at cold temperatures, it will take on a cloudy color and might form small particles on the bottom of the bottle. If you simply leave it out of the refrigerator for several hours, or put it in a warm water bath, it will change back to a dark red / purple color.
