Order Processing: What you see is what you pay - we don't have hidden fees. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Orders received prior to 1:00 pm (EST) on business days are normally shipped the same day they are received. 

Tracking my Package: When your package ships, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number. You can use this information to track the order to your door. If you notice your order is being held up, please do not hesitate to reach out to us - we can contact the carrier to try and help resolve any issues.

When will my Order Arrive? Use our Zip Code: 49627 on this LINK for rough estimated shipping times. Estimate your delivery time beginning with the day following your order placement. Business days are considered Monday - Friday. 

For example, if your order ships Wednesday and has a three-day transit destination, it would arrive on Monday. You may also use the tracking number sent with your shipping confirmation for more precise arrival times, once an order is placed.

Return Policy:  Of course! Don't stress out about trying something new. We are confident that once you become a FruitFast - Brownwood Acres customer, you'll be back.  If you are not completely satisfied with any one of our Premium Juice Concentrates or Pure Fruit Supplements, return the unused portion within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.
