International Shipping
We’re happy to ship select products outside the United States. Please note that all international orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. This means:
- Customer is responsible for all import charges in their region, including duties, VAT/GST/HST, customs brokerage, and any local delivery or handling fees.
- Your carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or the local postal authority) may contact you to collect these charges before delivery.
- Published transit times do not include customs processing. Delays at the border are outside our control.
For smooth clearance, our commercial invoices include product descriptions, HS codes, country of origin, and values. If your country requires additional information (e.g., tax IDs), please add it in the “Order Notes” at checkout.
Refused or unclaimed international shipments that return to us will be processed per our returns policy; original shipping, return shipping, and carrier fees assessed in transit are not refundable. Bulk items and pails follow our bulk policy and may be excluded from refunds.
