Placing an Order

Our goal at FruitFast-Brownwood Acres is to make the ordering process as simple as possible. To do this, we send out order confirmations the moment your order is received. You can use this to verify your order has been placed with the correct items. This order will also be added to your account should you choose to make a customer account. Order Processing

What you see is what you pay - we don't have hidden fees. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Orders received prior to 1:00 pm (EST) on regular business days are normally shipped the same day they are ordered. Once your package ships, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number. You can use this information to track your order to your door. If you notice your order is being held up, don't hesitate to reach out to us - we can contact the carrier to try and help resolve the issue.

When will my Order Arrive?

Business days are considered Monday through Friday. For example, if your order ships Wednesday and has a three-day transit destination, it would arrive on Monday. You may also use the tracking info for more precise arrival times, once an order is placed.

Shipping is provided by UPS Ground Service, FedEx Home Delivery, or the United States Postal Service - and is determined by the best shipping options and costs. 

Do we accept Returns?
