What Does 65° Brix Mean?
Brix is a measurement of dissolved natural fruit solids. At 65° Brix, this pomegranate concentrate contains a high percentage
of naturally occurring fruit components with much of the water removed.
That concentration creates a thicker texture, deeper color saturation, and intensified fruit flavor.
It also explains why the product may not freeze solid in a household freezer — high soluble solids naturally lower the freezing point.
