Ingredients
- 1/2 cup FruitFast Elderberry Juice Concentrate
- 1/2 cup honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- Pinch of cinnamon or ginger (optional)
Directions
- Combine and stir until fully mixed.
- Store refrigerated in a sealed jar.
- Use 1–2 tsp per mug of tea or to taste.
