A: Per serving (1/2 Tbsp), there are 7 grams of carbs, and 3 grams of sugar. We're adding a nutrition info tab to all of the products soon!

A: While many customers will consume the gel right off the spoon, you can certainly mix it in yogurt, a smoothie, or add it to your toast in the morning.

A: Each serving of the Gel Jar is 1.5 tsp (1/2 Tblsp), so if you're taking 2 softgels daily, you could easily replace with 1/4 tsp serving!

A: It would be difficult to give an exact equivalent, since the Gel Jar does contain the skin & ground-up fruit (the concentrate does not), but you should be able to take 1/4 tsp for the same joint & sleep function benefits!

A: It is recommended 1/2 Tblsp per day - and most of our customers will eat it right off of a spoon! You could certainly mix it in with a smoothie or even add to your peanut butter sandwich for a healthy lunch option.
